Why Diamonds are Extremely Potent When Used in Edibles
Live diamonds start with potent fresh frozen cannabis flower. The process of turning THCA crystalline is an extraction process that can yield THCA levels up to 99%.
Fact: Diamonds are extremely potent when used in edibles up to 999 milligrams of THC in one gram.
Chef’s Notes: When the color of the Live Diamonds turns into dark amber, the THCA is being converted into THC. After approximately 40 minutes at 240 degrees remove the diamonds from the oven and let it cool.
What You Will Need to Decarboxylate Live Diamonds
Kitchen Items:
An oven-safe dish or baking sheet
An oven thermometer
Parchment paper or silicone matt
Silicone cup or tray
Dab Stick
Ingredients:
1 gram -cannabis concentrate Live Diamonds
How to Decarboxylate Live Diamonds
1. To start the process, preheat your oven to 240°F.
2. Line your baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone matt. Place the live diamonds in the center of the baking sheet inside a silicone tray or cup.
3. Put the baking sheet in the oven and allow it to heat for around 40 minutes. Wait for the cannabis concentrate to melt completely.
4. When the steady bubbling starts to slow or stop it’s time to take the Diamonds of the oven. Don’t allow the Diamonds to cook for too long, cannabis concentrates that get too hot will degrade.
5. After the concentrate is removed from the oven and the bubbling slows or stops, let the cannabis concentrate cool for a few minutes.
6. The Diamonds are decarbed and ready for infusion.
