Why full-fat milk works better than reduced-fat or skimmed milk

Full fat milk is full of lipids or fats that work very well for making LEVO milk.

Although you can use any kind of milk such as dairy milk, almond milk, oat milk, or coconut milk, among others. But remember that full-fat milk makes the best infusions; do not use reduced-fat or skimmed milk. The best milk choices for infusing are full-fat dairy milk, full-fat coconut milk, and full-fat heavy cream or full-fat coconut cream.

Fact: Milk does not absorb as much coconut oil or butter.

Pro tip: When using milks that are low in fats, add 1 tablespoon of coconut butter to every gallon of milk.
