Why it’s Easy to Make Ruby Red MCT Tinctures Using CBD Isolate

The Ruby Red grapefruit has a bright yellow peel with a blush of red. Slice the thin peel and find a light pink to a deep red flesh inside. This grapefruit is one of the sweetest grapefruits with a Ruby Red tang.

CBD isolate is pure isolate powder containing 99% CBD referred to as CBD isolate crystal, CBD powder, and even CBD dust.

CBD isolate is easy to ingest. Isolate can be mixed with liquids like tea and juice. Isolate can be easily blended into MTC oils at room temperature.

Fact: CBD isolate is pure isolate powder containing 99% CBD. No THC

Chef’s Notes: Just pour the isolate into the MCT oil in and mix. Warm water bath may be needed to dissolve the isolate when mixing large amounts.

What you will Need to Make Ruby Red MCT Tinctures Using CBD Isolate

Dropper Bottles (1 fluid ounce = 30 milliliters)

Small funnel (to fill dropper bottles)

Glass beaker (to measure in Milliliters)

Stirring Stick

Glass pipette (for adding essential oils)

Ingredients:

CBD Isolate 1 gram = 1,000mg CBD isolate No THC

MCT Oil 30ml. or 1 Ounce

Lorann’s Ruby Red Grapefruit Essential Oil Flavoring

How to Make Ruby Red MCT Tincture Using CBD Isolate

1. Measure out 29ml of MCT oil into the glass beaker.

3. Add the CBD isolate to the MCT oil.

4. Mix the CBD isolate and the MCT oil.

5. Add Ruby Red essential oil 1 drops of flavor per 30ml. of oil.

6. Mix the CBD isolate, MCT oil, and essential oil in glass beaker.

7. Pour the oil into a tincture bottle

8. Shake the bottle to mix the ingredients thoroughly.

9. The Tincture is ready to use.

Chef’s Notes: Divide the number of milligrams of CBD isolate that you have by ’30’ (30ml= 1oz) to get the desired milligram concentration of CBD per milliliter of MCT oil.

1,000mg isolate powder divided by 30ml MCT oil = dosage of 33.3mg CBD per milliliter of oil.

500mg isolate powder divided by 30ml MCT = dosage of 16.67mg CBD per milliliter of oil.

Fact: MCT oil is flavorless.  CBD Isolate is flavorless.

Fact: Essential oils are created through the process of distillation that separates the oil and water based compounds in a plant by steaming, producing highly concentrated oils.

Fact: Ruby Red Grapefruit essential oil is added for flavor. Essential oils need to be used is very small doses as in drops when making 30ml tinctures. Essential oils are highly concentrated.

Chef’s Notes: There are many other bottle options and sizes; the important part is the calibrated/marked eyedropper.

Final Note: Use a THC/CBD calculator and enter your numbers. Keep tract of these numbers and always label your final product so you are aware of how much you are taking per dose.
